The Maximator HULC Series includes all necessary components to compress Hydrogen or other gases in a safe way to maximum 1,000 bar.
This complete series is installed in a 19“ rack frame with front panel mounting and front connection for easy installation, change and ac cess. This system can be easy installed and combined.
For all application the MASTER module is mandatory and is handling safety and functional features for maximum 3 X- modules. The X-modules can be combined and connected depending on the application and will compress the gas up to 1,000 bar.
Maximator Air Amplifiers of type PLV are suitable for compressing pressurized air or nitrogen. The existing pressures of for example, 4 or 6 bar increased to the desired final pressures.
By increasing the pressure at specific points, a wide variety of consumers can be supplied simply, safely and economically without having to invest heavily in a high-pressure compressed air network.
Typical areas of application for Maximator PLV air amplifiers are in the field of burner cleaning (blowing out impurities through pressure surges), in the automotive sector (inflating tyres at 12 bar), in the paint industry (cleaning pipe systems with pigs) or in general mechanical engineering for the supply of compressed air to actuate valves or pneumatic cylinders.
