  • How can I register as an international customer?

    The MAXIMATOR ePortal with his full service is currently only available to customers from Germany. As an international customer, please contact your responsible sales partner.

  • What options do I have as a non-registered user in the ePortal?

    As a non-registered user, you can search and filter for products or view technical data and data sheets. However, not all functionalities are available to you. You see no prices, no delivery times and you cannot add your product to the shopping cart. But you have the option of saving your required product in a requestlist.

  • I need a quote. Where is the best place to send my request?

    Please feel free to send us your inquiry via the requestlist or the contact form. We will then forward your inquiry to the right sales contact, who will get back to you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can also contact our office staff by phone.

  • How can I create a request and add products?

    You have the option of saving your required product in a requestlist. Find an explanation of the requestlist here.

  • I need technical advice, who can I contact?

    Please feel free to use the contact form. We will forward your request accordingly to the appropriate expert, who will contact you immediately.
  • I would like to request a catalog - What do I have to do?

    You can view or download our catalogs online here.

  • I need help using the MAXIMATOR ePortal - Who can I contact?

     If you have any further questions regarding the use of the ePortal, please contact us using the contact form. This is the fastest way to process your request!

  • My searched product cannot be found in the ePortal. What can I do?

    Currently, the ePortal covers the majority of our standard portfolio. If the product you are looking for is not yet available or if something is unclear, simply use the contact form for further clarification.

  • How does filtering and searching work in the ePortal?

  • Where can I download drawings and step-files?

    You can download drawings and step-files on the product page under the Downloads tab. Something is still unclear? Please use our download instructions in the Help-Center or our contact form.

  • What are the advantages of registering in the store?

    As a registered user, you can log in to your customer account quickly and easily at any time. There you will find an overview of all your requests, you can assign different roles within your company and equip them with different authorizations (release processes, etc.). In addition, you can submit inquiries to us even more simply and easily, or quickly and conveniently expand inquiries that have already been made and submit them to us. You also have the option of comparing products with each other at a glance and see prices. 

  • How can I see my individual prices?

    In order to see your individual conditions, you must be registered on our MAXIMATOR ePortal. Our customer service will then activate your account and store your individual prices, which you can then view on the ePortal.

    If you are an existing customer, you have two options: You contact your contact persons at MAXIMATOR and we will arrange everything for you or you register yourself here.
    If you are a new customer and are interested in individual conditions, please create an account first or contact us e.g. via contact form.

  • Where do the prices on the platform come from?

    The list prices displayed on the platform correspond to our most currentgross price list.
  • Where can I view my open orders?

    Under "My orders" in your account you will find an overview of all your personal orders in the MAXIMATOR ePortal. There you can conveniently call up your entire order history and place orders again with just a few clicks.

  • I have placed an order in the MAXIMATOR ePortal. What happens now?

    As soon as we have received your order request, it will be processed internally. Subsequently, you will receive a final order confirmation from our inventory management system with all further information on shipping, payment and delivery.
  • My company uses the platform. We need another access for an employee. What do I need to do?

    As a registered user, you can easily create another company user in the "My Account" area. Furthermore, you can control roles and permissions via this area.
